Janod Pedagogy Learn to count and compare
What could be better than two caterpillars accompanying your child while learning numbers and orders of magnitude? This educational game allows your child to understand how a number can be formed or split. The game consists of a wooden holder, 33 cards, 10 green beads, 10 blue beads and 2 caterpillar heads. This fun wooden game allows you to learn the number of pips on a die, depict a quantity with your fingers and identify its similarity to a number. By threading the coloured pieces onto the holder, your child will understand how many beads to add or subtract to the caterpillar's torso to get a certain quantity. This game is adapted to each child's learning rhythm. Once the number has been formed by your child, you can talk about the comparison concepts of 'greater than' and 'less than'. Ideal for learning in a fun way! Game made of FSCTM wood and cardboard. Educational game developed in collaboration with a teacher for children aged 3 and up.
