Jeu de boules (also known as petanque) has its origins in the Roman Empire - where similar games were played by kings, queens, and warriors! This classic game can now test everyone's hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills, and fine motor skills. All ages and levels can participate!
The Kinderfeets Boules Set consists of 8 large wooden balls in different colors, 2 small balls, and a wooden crate for storage. The balls are made of sustainable beech wood and intentionally smaller than standard sets, making them lightweight and child-safe. The wooden storage box is made of New Zealand pine wood and serves as a carrying case! Enjoy both outdoors and indoors, but be sure to store the set indoors after use to maintain its quality.
How to play:
Choose your playing field and throwing line.
Divide the 8 colored boules among the players/teams.
A player starts the round by throwing the small target ball into the playing field.
Players take turns rolling their boules towards the target ball, aiming to get as close as possible, until all boules are in the field.
Play rounds until one player/team reaches 13 points.
Includes instructions for gameplay and scoring rules.
