Rolit, now in handy cardboard travel packaging
Rolit is the well-known 4-colored ball game where you have to ensure that your color is most visible at the end of the game. Easy to learn, with many tactical possibilities.
The game starts by placing 1 color of each of the 4 colors in the middle, so that they form a square. The first player then starts by placing a ball of his color at the top of the field, next to the balls already there. If balls become 'trapped' between this color, i.e. there is a ball of that color at the beginning and end of a line (possible in all directions), then all balls in between may be rolled over to the same color. The game continues in a clockwise manner until the board is full. The one who now has the most balls of his color visible wins.
