You simply slide this unit over the handlebar tube. This gives your scooter a distinguished look and provides you with very good lighting at night, making this a very safe accessory. It fits the Micro Sprite, Micro Speed and Micro Rocket scooter.
V: How do I mount my LED tube?
A: This LED tube is a rigid plastic tube that fits over the scooter's lower stem. To fit it, first loosen the handlebar clamp - loosen the small screw at the back of the clamp with a 3mm allen spanner and loosen the large bolt with a 5mm allen spanner, then push the clamp upwards away from the handlebar tube, then you can pull out the upper part of the handlebar.
So slide the tube light onto the lower handlebar tube and align the hole in the tube light with the hole in the stem where the height adjustment knob pops out. Place the top handlebar back into the handlebar tube, slide the clamp back into place and retighten the Allen screws.
V: Do I need batteries?
A: The LED tube requires 2 x AAA batteries. To insert the batteries, loosen the small screw at the back of the tube and lift the end of the battery compartment lid to insert the batteries. Close the lid, tighten the screw and turn on the light by pressing the blue square button on the back of the tube.
